Aziz, who established Vision & Revision SARL in Lebanon in 2005, is currently the Managing Director of Vision and Revision. He is familiar with the regional business environment and economy. He has expertise in a wide range of sectors and carries out human resources, payroll, and any outsourcing advisory services you may require, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest quality.
He has 27 years of experience in working in business strategy studies, business valuations, business Process Outsourcing and has extensive experience in Payroll and HR outsourcing and in project consultancies (including coordinating specialized technical studies and assessing the commercial viability of the projects).

He is a member of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants and also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors in Lebanon.
Aziz will be your main point of contact and have overall responsibility for the relationship between Vision & Revision and yourselves. He will directly oversee the team responsible for the services we are offering and ensure that there is the proper liaison between both parties, including attending any meetings you require.

PAMELA DAGHER

16 years of experience

Pamela has 16 years of experience. She started her career as an account executive at a Software International company. She was handling responsibilities of the office management, testing Software programs and assisting in demonstrating them to clients. Then, she completed an internship at one of the Big Four Audit companies where she gathered and documented efficiently audit evidence in accordance with the international standards.
In addition, Pamela worked as a consultant for the financial department restructuring at an International Manufacturing group. She worked as a senior financial accountant for 7 years at an International retail company and was responsible of reviewing data entry and processing monthly payroll and related taxes, preparing cash flow and monthly financial reporting, declaring VAT and Tax Returns, maintaining contracts renewal related to rent; maintenance; insurance and many more.

She has been among Vision & Revision management team for 5 years. Her responsibilities vary from maintaining the group accounting and tax related issues, responsible of financial reporting, reviewing the job’s progress and ensure billing is up to date and timely in relation to budgeted hours through planners, and assisting in staff management, ensuring clients relations steps and quality across the firm, detecting anomalies, spotting and developing opportunities. Pamela is a holder of a DEA/MBA in Business Administration with emphasis in Auditing from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Auditing.

SAMANTHA BOUTAYEH

12 years of experience

Samantha is the Outsourcing Manager at Vision and Revision. She has been among our staff members for 12 years and has been involved in the outsourcing and high level reporting for local and international NGOs and companies. She has graduated from the University of Western Sydney Australia with honors in Accounting. She is currently a member of the NASBA and is continuing her knowledge and education by completing a CPA. She has a good understanding of the local Lebanese laws and regulations.

WISSAM BOU KHEIR

12 years of experience

Wissam graduated from the Arab Open University. He holds a certification from Morgan and is currently as Certified Professional in Human Resources.

Wissam has been among Vision and Revision’ staff members for 12 years, he has been involved in the preparation of all Human Resources, Payroll Tax & related issues. He is currently the Head of Human resources and Payroll Outsourcing department and he has a good understanding of the local and international laws and regulations in regard to payroll and taxation.

JOELLE EL RAYESS

7 years of experience

Joelle has 7 years of experience in management. In 2019, she started work at Vision & Revision and she is currently managing the social media platforms and digital marketing. She is handling and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness for Vision & Revision, Business Activities and line of services.
She is responsible for producing valuable content for the companies’ online presence and organizing the companies’ publications and exhibitions.
Joelle has accomplished the CERTIFIED DIGITAL MARKETER BOOT CAMP in 2019.
